KINGS SQUARE COMPETITION FREMANTLE WA
A design competition entry for new cultural quarter in Western Australia.
Incorporating Civic Offices, Library and Performance space as well as café and retail opportunities.
The design explores the utilisation of multiple levels, the office space spiralling up and around the library and information area as the central focus of the scheme. Rising up and over itself, the building culminates with green roof areas forming a high level publicly-accessed urban park.
